These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lakewood Line Striping website and any quote requests or services arranged through it. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes & estimates

Quotes provided by phone, email, or through this site's forms are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to confirmation after an on-site or photo-based review of the actual lot.

Scheduling

Scheduled work dates are estimates and may shift due to weather, pavement temperature/condition requirements, or circumstances outside our control. We'll communicate any changes as soon as we're aware of them.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed upon at the time a quote is accepted. Specific terms for commercial or municipal contracts may be set out in a separate written agreement.

Limitation of liability

Lakewood Line Striping, LLC is not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including weather and pre-existing pavement conditions.
